Countdown!

We just received an actual leave date, counting in leave days. We will fly out on April 22nd. We don't have to check in to Beaufort until June 1st, so we have lots of leave days.

More good news is that even though I'm not making a whole lot of $$ at my current job, Countrywide approved a mortgage loan for me for $175,000 at 6.0%. Perfect for that area. This will be our third house - the other two are being rented out in two different states.
